You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. ptk99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ptk99 support immediately via live chat. ptk99 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
ptk99 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request verification at any time. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. ptk99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are accepted. ptk99 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's name. Deposits from third-party sources will be returned and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering conditions. ptk99 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes from the time of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. ptk99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion is applied by ptk99.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ptk99 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
ptk99 employs fraud detection systems and monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ptk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, forfeit any balance, and void all associated wagers and winnings without prior notice.
ptk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ptk99 support via live chat. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
ptk99 will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from the suspension or termination of an Account where such action was taken in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
All content on the ptk99 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of ptk99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
